Abstract：Based on the facilitateand quick development environment of LabWindows /CVI and powerful to and performance and functionality graphics libraryof OpenGL, we designed aHMIof the real-time tracking system of the capsule endoscope.The positioning and displaying the tracks of the capsule endoscope by using a common data acquisition card on the Windows platform were realized.Ex-periments show that this interface can filtering errorswith good controllability andversatility.The capsule endoscope dimensional trajecto-ry can be was observed chearly and comprehensively.The Interface is superior to the traditional ones.
