Research on Cross -linking of Hyaluronic with Genipin

Abstract：Objective Initial exploration research was proceeded on cross -linking of hyaluronic with genipin.The cross -linking was proceeded by adding genipin into hyaluronic solution.The cross -linking degress was determined by UV and viscometry.The reac-tion time and genipin′s quantity ,and the concetration of hyaluronic were examined to study their effect on the cross -linking reaction. It’s absorbance achieved maximum in 48 h on cross -linking of hyaluronic with genipin,its viscosity had rarely changed.The factors af-fecting the cross -linking include the reaction time,the genipin′s quantity,the concetration of hyaluronic ,in which the reaction time are the major factors.The research provides the basis for the more research on hyaluronic′s cross -linking.
