Abstract:To investigate the quantitative indicators of mild cognitive dysfunction in patients with EEG,to provide evidence for the prevention of early diagnosis of cognitive dysfunction. We selected 30 cases of patients with mild cognitive impairment and 30 normal elderly people as case group and control group, the MMSE test and dynamic EEG monitoring were carried on.Two groups of objects alpha, beta, and slow wave power were compared. Both cases and controls of the parieto occipital alpha power and brain all theta and delta power, there is a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The case group and the control group have statistical significance in the sleep stage 2 spindles of time, frequency and density difference (P<0.05).
