Abstract:To study the effects of a biological bone on the humoral immune system in mice. The mice were randomly divided into sham group,low-dose,medium-dose,high-dose group and positive group with treatment of three time point (1 week,2 week,12 week).ELISA was operated to detect IgG,IgMand C3 levels in serum. No significant difference was observed between the sham group and the test group except the 2 week medium-dose C3 group. No obvious immune response is generated by the biological bone in BALB/c humoral immune system, suggesting that the biological bone has no adverse effects to the immune system of BALB/c mice.
