Abstract:Using Abaqus software to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of a complex structure non inflatable tire, the pressure distribution and stiffness of non inflatable tires with arrays of 20,30,and 40,and grounding performance are studied. The results show that for increasing tire sinking, the tire shows irregular deformation, and the deformation in the middle of the tire compression area is greater, resulting in an increase in stress on both sides of the tire.Non inflatable tires with a larger number of arrays show better performance when grounded continuously at larger sinking amounts. The thickness of spokes has a greater impact on the radial stiffness of non inflatable tires, and a tire with different characteristics and consistent stiffness can be obtained by balancing the thickness of spokes and the number of arrays.
