Finite Element Analysis of 6210 Natural Gas/Diesel Fuel Dual- fuel Engine Connecting Rod
Abstract：Finite element analysis was used for 6210 dual- fuel engine connecting rod small end strength inspection in Zibo Diesel Engine Parent Company. A 3 - dimension model of the con- necting rod was set up with Pro/E. Stress and strain distribution of the connecting rod under condi- tion of maximum stretching and maximum compressing was simulated by ANSYS software. And then the maximum stress position was found, fatigue coefficient was calculated, and the reliability of the connecting rod small end was checked.
