Optimization Design of EGR Cooler System of European Ⅳ Diesel Engine
Abstract：In this paper, EGR cooling system in European Ⅳ diesel engine was optimized. Af- ter the unreasonable design was removed, the problem of ECR valve ablation which was caused by high temperature exhaust in the valve inlet are solved. The durability test determined the range of exhaust temperature. This research provided a good guidance for designing of EGR cooling system.
