Development and Application of In- line Flame Arrestor on Coking Gas Engine
Abstract：Coking gas generally contains hydrogen a bit much, so these problems like backfiring in combustion chamber and gas detonation in the intake pipe happen sometimes, causing engine not operate normally. Based on the theoretical research results that flame quenches against cold walls, the metal ribbon flame arrester is developed, which is used in the intake system of the eoking gas engine to prevent backfiring and protect effectively the components in intake system against being damaged and ensure that the engine can work safely and reliably.
