Experimental Research on the Performance of Diesel EngineYC6A220C on Bio - Diesel
Abstract：The paper tested its performance of the diesel engine on bio -diesel fuel under differ- ent working conditions and compared its emission and performance with that on 0# diesel fuel. The YC6A220C diesel engine did not be modified for test. The results showed that bio - diesel consump- tion increased 3.48% but NOx and PM2.5 reduced dramatically by 15.20% and 3.67% respective- ly in comparison with the diesel fuel.
