Experimental Study of Wearing Common Rail Injector
Abstract：Fuel injector is an important part of the fuel system. The abrasion of the injector di- rectly affect the performance of engine. This thesis have done the detection, focus on the performance of wearing injector, such as the quantity of fuel injection, the consistency of injection, the duration of injection , the delay time of injection and so on. Compared with the performance of the new injec- tor, acquired the variation of the wearing injector's performance. Present the idea that it is possible to extend the service life of the fuel injector by correct the quantity of fuel injection.
