Design of Test Bench for 190 Series Engine Pump
Abstract：The 190 series engine cooling system uses single grade centrifugal pump to improve the cooling water pressure and force cooling water circling in the cooling system rapidly, and realize a forced cooling cycle. The project mainly simulates the normal working conditions of engines and tests the pump sealing performance. Normally, the 190 series engines serve at two kinds of the rated speed and at rated water temperature of 75 -85℃. The test bench simulates the above conditions, test the pump sealing performance via the readings that electromagnetic flowmeter displays.
