Design of Cleaning Device for Engine Cylinder Head Vibration
Abstract：In order to further enhance the clean the engine cylinder head and to reduce labor intensity, the engine cylinder head vibration cleaning device is designed. An electric motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, the eccentric shaft converts the rotary motion into reciprocating motion up and down to drive the engine cylinder head to vibrate in order to clean up iron impurities in the cylinder head cavity. Replacing the traditional manual method of cleaning the cylinder head turning, the cleaning process features user - machine friendly, easy operation, low labor intensity and high production efficiency.
