A Design of 4190 Valve Timing
Abstract：The 1D -analyse model for the 4190 engine is established with the 1D boost software. The figures are given to the model including the resistance property curve of the critical resistance devices, primary selected performance parameters of the turbocharger, evaluated heat release law. Depending on the adjusting of the angle of the valve timing, the paper analyzes and calculate to evaluate if the performance parameters are in compliance with the requirements and if maximum engine pressure and exhaust temperature are acceptable and if dynamic balance data and the pressure and temperature at the mains measured locations are reasonable.
