Reliability Analysis on Piston Pin Bore of Diesel Piston for Heavy - duty Vehicle
Abstract：The friction pair of piston pin bore and piston pmts usually tions. With constant enhancement to diesel engines, the reliability of piston pin bore and pin seat needs to be modified constantly. This paper introduces the structure, the working state, failure mode and test validation methods of piston pin bore and pin seat in diesel engine, revealing all kinds of factors which may affect bearing force of piston pin bore.
