Reliability Research on Starting System Based on Diesel Engine Application
Abstract：The paper introduces the electric starting system, analyzes the influence of electronic diesel engine on starter motor reliability, as well as the effect of gear - reduction starter on electric system stability, and provides a proposal to check design of the starter pinion chamfer by 3 - D mod- el simulation, and clarifies the key points on design and selection of storage battery, connecting wire and control relay. Based on the diesel engine, as a result, the paper gave a reference on reliability research of the starter motor and appropriate application by analyzing the effect and mechanism of e- lectric starting system.
