Simulation and Experiment for Air Compressor Performance of JP60 Turbocharger
Abstract：The grid modeling of the air compressor of the JP60 turbocharger is established by using NUMECA numerical software in this paper and the steady performance curve of the compressor is computed. With a comparison of the simulated results and the measured results in the JP60 test, it indicates that the tendency between the simulation and the test is almost same. Besides, the interior flow field of the compressor is analyzed, which provide a theoretical basis for this series of turbocharger optimized design.
