Dynamic Response Analysis of 4 -Cylinder Diesel Engine Cylinder Block
Abstract:The FEM (Finite Element Model) of the 4 cylinder diesel engine cylinder block is established. A model test is used to correct the FEM. After considering the combustion gas pressure in the cylinder, the piston lateral pressure and the main bearing force, the exciting force of the diesel engine are calculated under rated conditions. The dynamic response analysis of the diesel engine is carried out by the modal superposition method, and obtains the vibration intensity of the diesel engine cylinder block under the rated load. The comparison between the theoretical value and the measured value of the vibration intensity for the diesel engine body is executed, which validates the effectiveness of the modeling in this paper.
