The Study of Exhaust Gas Flows on Non-road Small Spark-ignition Engine with the Secondary Air
Abstract：In order to satisfy the EPA phase Ⅲ emission regulation,a working model for 168F non-road small spark ignition engine is established by AVL BOOST.On the basis,the exhaust pressure and the intake air quantity are calculated and analyzed,and it reveals the working principle of the secondary air and the change of the intake air quantity and the working situation.The result shows that the emission has been decreased by the secondary air and it is important and value to offer the method of decrease the emission by the secondary air.At the same time,the experiment shows that the emission with the secondary air is completely in conformity with the EPA emission regulation.
