Optimization Design of Main Bearing Cap Structure
Abstract：In the development of frame design for cylinder block,the fatigue intensity of main bearing cap structure has affects on service life of cylinder block immediately,because main bearing cap structure supports the load brought by to-and-fro sport of winch connecting rod.The paper explains that simulation of the actual working condition of engine in design period and calculation of the fatigue security capability for parts in order to reduce the lapse form of crack and rupture after actual production.
