Research on the Construction of Citizen Local Attachment Model for Plant Landscape Element Preference

Abstract：With the accelerating pace of urbanization,how to mitigate residents'sense of loss during urban greening construction has become an increasing concern.Taking Fuzhou as a case study,this research conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the preferences of citizens for plant landscape elements and their degree of local attachment.A structural equation model was established using AMOS software to identify the plant landscape factors that influence citizens'local attachment.After model fitting tests,a conceptual model linking citizens'preferences for local plant landscape design elements to local attachment was constructed.The results indicate that both plant features and landscape preferences among plant landscape elements have a significant positive impact on citizens's local attachment.In urban greening construction,measures such as enhancing plant color combinations,improving ecological and cultural functions,creating distinctive landscapes,and enriching landscaping layers should be implemented to increase the proportion of local plant applications,strengthen citizens'emotional connection,and develop regional plant landscapes that evoke a sense of nostalgia.
