Abstract:This study focused on the oil and gas field development area in the Yellow River Delta.By setting up quadrats around 13 oil well monitoring points(covering different ecosystem types and production states)to collect soil samples and determine various soil chemical indicators, the effects of oil and gas field development on the ecological environment of this area was analyzed from the dimensions of soil spatial distribution, hierarchical structure distribution, and different ecosystem types. The results showed that the physicochemical properties such as soil pH,electrical conductivity, and petroleum hydrocarbon content were significantly affected by the distance from the well platform, ecosystem type, and oil field production condition in terms of spatial distribution and hierarchical structure. The study found that oil and gas field development had significant effects on the soil environment in the Yellow River Delta, providing a scientific basis for ecological protection and oil and gas field development management in this area.
