Abstract:The biological activities of 8 fungicides against N.occulatum were determined by using the mycelial growth rate method in the laboratory, and the field control efficacies were investigated in the field. The results showed that among all tested fungicides, prochloraz, tebuconazole, and pyraclostrobine showed the best inhibition effect on the mycelia of N.occulatum, with EC50 values 0.0 012~0.0 197 mg·L-1,0.0 203~0.0 760 mg·L-1,0.0 132~0.1 799 mg·L-1,respectively.In the field efficacy tests, spraying 30%prochloraz EW in 1600 diluted showed the best control effect, the control efficacy reached 61.13%.The control efficacy of 430 g·L-1 tebuconazole SC in 1600 diluted was 55.15%.By alternating applications of 30%prochloraz EW and 430 g·L-1 tebuconazole SC,the shoot blight of Platycladus orientalis caused by N.occulatum could be controlled.
