Abstract:Using the semi-lignified branches of wild roses as materials, the factorial design of matrix, hormone type and concentration was used to study the effects of various factors and their interaction on cutting propagation of Rosa rugosa Thunb..The membership function method was used to make a comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that the matrix, hormone type, concentration and their interaction had significant effects on rooting rate, adventitious root length and rooting number per plant of Rosa rugosa Thunb..The comprehensive evaluation of membership function showed that the combination of IBA300mg/L+Jane:Hirudo:Sand(1:1:1)had the largest membership function value, and the highest rooting rate, adventitious root length and number of roots per plant were 66.70%,7.10cm and 8.70,respectively.
