Research on Tissue Culture Production Technology of Phalaenopsis Orchid

Abstract：Phalaenopsis aphrodite has high ornamental and economic value,and is in great demand,so it is necessary to explore the tissue culture technology.In this experiment,four Phalaenopsis cultivars,namely,"Big Pepper","Radiant","Full Sky Red"and"Latin Skirt",were used as research objects.The study was carried out from various stages of exoskeleton disinfection,bud induction,bud proliferation,seedling cultivation,and domestication,so as to explore the optimal culture medium and culture conditions.Meanwhile,key technical problems such as yellowing and contamination,which often occurred in the process of Phalaenopsis group culture,were proposed to be solved,in order to provide technical references for the rapid propagation of Phalaenopsis on a large scale,and further promote the high-quality and high-efficiency large-scale production of Phalaenopsis.
