Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Black Spot Disease Rose

Abstract：Based on three Rose varieties with different black spot disease resistance,MDA,SOD,POD and the Pro were measured with leaves of different parts.The result showed that the contents of MDA was extremely significant in leaves at the different growth stages,the MDA content increased significantly with the influence of the disease.The contents of POD increased at first and then decreased,varieties with strong resistance showed with small change ranges.The activities of SOD showed higher level in varieties with strong resistance.The contents of Pro was extremely significant in leaves at the different growth stages with declining significantly followed the influence of the disease.
