Research Status and Prospect of Traditional Gardens in Shandong

Abstract：As a part of the traditional gardens in the north,Shandong is one of the birthplaces of early classical gardens and has its own characteristics.On the basis of expounding the definition,categories and generation environment of traditional gardens in Shandong,the development process is summarized into six stages:the emergence stage(pre-Qin),the ephemeral development stage(Qin,Han),the transition stage(Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties),the great development stage(Sui,Tang,Song,Yuan),the heyday stage(Ming,Qing),and the confused stage(modern and modern),and the visual analysis method is used to statistically analyze the research status of traditional gardens in Shandong,and make suggestions and prospects.In order to provide reference materials and experience for the future research of gardens in Shandong,and promote the development of further in-depth research of traditional gardens in Shandong.
