Abstract:Taking the tender branches of the'Dongyue Hongxia'Acer truncatum as the research object, salt stress experiments were conducted using the branch hydroponic method to explore the response mechanism of its leaf physiological indicators and analyze the salt stress resistance ability of Acer truncatum. As the salt concentration increases and the stress time prolongs,Acer truncatum will exhibit varying degrees of response. The relative conductivity and proline content show an upward trend, while the content of catalase, peroxidase, and soluble protein shows a"first increase and then decrease"trend. The content of malondialdehyde and soluble sugar shows a"first decrease and then increase"trend, and the overall chlorophyll content of plant leaves shows a continuous fluctuation trend. This indicates that the tender branches of Acer truncatum have a certain ability to resist salt stress under hydroponic conditions.Under medium to low salt stress,it can alleviate salt damage by increasing antioxidant enzyme activity, accumulating osmotic regulatory substances, and regulating cell membrane permeability, maintaining normal physiological metabolism of the plant, and providing theoretical support for the growth and development of Acer truncatum in salt stress environments.
