Abstract：Rose is an important ornamental,aromatic and edible plant in our country.In order to better comprehensive deG velopment and utilization of rose resources,research directions on rose were reviewed,which included germplasm resources and improvement of rose,rose oil processing technology,rose food and other rose products development.And the comprehenG sive utilization of rose in the future is prospected.
