Abstract：With the reform of forest right system,forestland resources asset transfer,mortgage loans and cooperative stock management and other forest economic behavior,value of forestland resources is becoming more and more important. Through the assessment of the forestland assets of the state owned Forest Farm in Longyang District,it is hoped to forestland resources asset and forestland resource transaction in the vicinity provide reference.
