Research Summary on Tissue Culture Technique of Juglam regia
Abstract：Selections of explants, sterilization method,browning in the culture process, the selections of culture condition and the research on the rooting technique of tissue cultured seedling are all the major factors in tissue culture research of Juglans regia. On the basis of consulting lots of reference, this summarize would concern the above aspects. To provide evidence and a reference for the tissue culture research on Juglans regia in the future.
