The preliminary report on a success cultivation of a introduced gardening plant species in Yunnan
Abstract：We introduced and cultivated an excellent tree and shrub--Terminalia mantaly in Yongping town, Jinggu County, Pu'er City. Here we summarized cultivation techniques, growth, biological and ecological characteristics of this garden tree and we suggest that Terminalia mantaly would be a good species for landscape and garden planting in the hot zone of Yunnan Province.
