Abstract：Study on the causation affecting Ailanthus altissima Swingle, Treeof Heaeven rapid micropropagation , using stem--segment of Ailanthus altissirna Swingle,Treeof Heaeven as explant. This thesis indicate that starting culture medium MS--6--BA lmg/L -IAA 0. 2mg/L＋sugar 30g,splitting culture medium MS--6--BA 3.0mg/L＋IBA 0. 3mg/L＋ sugar 30g, rooted culture medium 1/2MS＋ NAA0.3mg/L＋sugar 30g
