Influences to Physiological Activity of Rosa multi flora by Drought Stress
Abstract：drought stress is the important factor which influences plant growth and development and plant application. In order to master the ability of fighting drought of Rosa multi flora roses, the conductivity, malondialdehyde （MDA） content, superoxide dismutase （SOD） Mars, catalase （POD） activity, soluble protein content and the content of proline under drought stress were tested. The results show that： roses of conductivity and proline content and degree of stress are positively correla ted; The content of MDA and SOD and POD activity, the content of soluble protein first increase and then decrease along with the increase of the degree of stress increases in a certain range. The result shown that rose has strong ability of fighting drought.
