Studies on the Classification of Varieties of Rose
Abstract：：In this article the Rose varieties in the Shandong region conducted a field investigation, surveying, recording, and fully understand the Rose varieties of resources in the Shandong region. And on this basis, by polyacrylamide gel electrophore- sis separation of peroxidase isoenzymes, zymogram analysis, to explore the different varieties of roses between related. After collation analysis is divided into 12 species, which has not yet been named,let us call it A1, A2, A3 A12. The main difference in these varieties：l. Different colors：white, pink, rose red, pale pink. 2. Number of petals：the single, the semi --double and the double. 3. Flower diameter size： small flower diameter （0 - 2cm）. medium flower diameter（2 - 4cm）. large flower diameter（〉4cm）Rose＇s 12 peroxidase isozyme bands, which is the basic enzyme with Pg, the activity of other enzymes with the strength and availability of varieties can be classified as a secondary feature.
