Annual Growth Dynamics of Cedrus atlantica Manetti Seedlings from Different Provenances
Abstract：Annual growth rhythm of Cedrus atlantica Manetti seedlings from five provenances were studied in this paper. The results showed that the growth patterns of height of five provenances were similar to ＇S＇ curves and could be fitted with Lo- gistic equation. And by equation the four stages could be devided for the height diameter; while the ground diameter is different from the height diameter,and the Logistic fitting degree is not high,so we could not derided the growth stages by the ground diameter. The rhythm of the height and ground of the Cedrus atlantica Manetti seedlings five provenances were same, hut the growth have the siginificant differences, the height and the ground diameter of the seedings from California and Arizna of the The Unites States are better than the seedings from Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco.
