Study on the Content of Chlorophyll and Physiological Characteristics of Magnolia grandiflora Yellow Leaf
Abstract：Magnolia grandiflora yellow leaf chlorophyll content and POD, SOD, MDA, and other physiological indicators were determined,The results showed that., with the increase of the degree of yellowing, Chlorophyll content of leaves de- creased, chlorophyll a, b ratio increase with heavier yellow leaves; POD, SOD activity increased with lower degree of yellowing of leaves, the antioxidant activity decreased;MDA with the increase of the degree of yellowing increased.
