Study on the Method of Residue Analysis and the Residue Dynamics of Fiusilazole 20%WP in Pear Fruit and Soil
Abstract:An method of residue analysis and residue dynamics of flusilazole in pear and soil were studied. Samples were ex- tracted from pear and soil with acetonitrile, and cleaned up by PSA, then determined by HPLC with UV detector. The minimum detectable quantity of flusilazole was 9.8ng, the minim umdetectable concentration of the method was 9.8× 10^-3 mg/kg. The recoveries ranged from 85.0% to 105.0% with a RSD of 2.6%-7.4% in pear, from 80.0% to 108.0% with a RSD of 1.5% -11.4% in soil at three spiked levels of 0.02-0.2mg/L. The result showed that flusilazole degraded rapidly in the pear, but lowly in the soil relatively. The half life of flusilazole in the former was 5.6-13. 1d and in the latter was 5.7-31.4 d. And the last application was done in the 21st day before harvesting, the residue of flusilazole in the harvested pear was lower than 0. 2 mg/ kg,demonstrating that it was safe to apply flusilazole in pear with the recommended rate.
