Method of leaf phenolic acids micro isolation and GC-MS analysis
Abstract：Trans-p-coumaric,trans-cinnamic,trans-ferulic and trans-sinapic were identified by means of GC-MS method isolated by means of carbon 18 column from leaves of Populus tomentosa,Ginkol biloba,Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.and Pinus armandii Franch.The compounds were distilled by methyl alcohol：H2O：formic acid（15：4：1）from finely ground leaves and the aqueous acidic solution was extracted with ethyl acetate and 5% NaHCO3 alternately.After filtration,the acids dissolved in 45%methyl alcohol/0.1 M acetic acid washed cross the C18 column were collected and dryness in nitrogen.
