Preliminary Study on Making Pickled Specimen of Floral Organ in Common Garden Plants
Abstract：Plant specimen is indispensable tutor instrument for teaching the course of gardening plants.This study mainly focused on the technique of making pickled plant specimen retaining original color.For plants with white,yellow or red flower,we used the corresponding pickling solution in the same color as the preserved flower.Moreover,we added newly explored preservation solution,which is cheap and harmless,to take place of the traditional formaldehyde.This technique can not only improve teaching quality,but also play multiple roles in the fields of scientific research,extension program,specimen exhibition and art view.
