SSR Molecular Markers and its Application in Forest Tree genomics
Abstract：This article mainly introduced the structure, principle, technical advantages, experimental technology process of the SSR molecular markers and the application of the SSR molecular markers in forest tree genomics, and make conclusion that the SSR molecular marker will apply to recession good genes of tree species, which used for identification of breeding research and good genes type preservation.
