Establishment and Optimization of RT-PCR System for DFR in Pomegranate Flower
Abstract：Total RNA was extracted from red and pink pomegranate flowers and reverse transcription were carried out re spectively. The PCR system for amplification of DFR gene was optimized. An effective and specific amplification system was established. This work provided the foundation for gene cloning.
