The effect of Prunus × Cistena leaves microstructure in different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate
Abstract:In order to study the effect of microstructure changed in Prunus×Cistena leaves under different concentrations of exogenous Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, the test conditions in field,3 years old Prunus× Cistena as materials, Potassium dihydrogen phosphate set 0. 1%,0, 0.2%, 0.4% water as control, 3 times repeat. The results showed that: thickness of palisade tissue and spongy tissue of the Prunus X Cistena leaves smaller cells with the increasing concentration, smaller cell gap, Cells were arranged more neatly;Leaves after spraying potassium dihydrogen phosphate palisadeand spongy tissue thickness was sig- nificantly lower than the control, Cell length and leaf thickness was significantly lower than the control; Prunus × Cistena leaves microstructure significantly changed under foreign substances , the lower spraying the concentration better, the smaller the change in the higher concentration . Comprehensive analysis, the Prunus×Cistena leaf microstructure have better changes in lower concentrations of potassium dihydrogcn phosphate.
