Abstract:To ensure the sustainable development of the subway project, the social benefits of the subway project from the perspective of people′s livelihood are studied in terms of tangible and intangible benefits.By combining literature analysis and expert social surveys,a social benefit evaluation index system for subway projects is constructed. The objective weights and subjective weights of each index are determined separately using the entropy weight-decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)method, and the combined weights are determined by combining the entropy weight method and DEMATEL method.Taking Line 13 of the Qingdao subway as an example, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate its social benefits and verify the feasibility of the evaluation method. The results of the study show that 90.43%of the respondents are satisfied with the social benefits brought by the subway. The opening of the subway has a significant effect on energy conservation and carbon reduction, and contributes to livability, workability, and tourism, which are intangible benefits.
