Thinking About Explanation of Old and New Kinetic Energy of Shandong Transportation and Its Conversion

Abstract：From the attention of the central government and Shandong to the implementation of the old and new kinetic energy, the connotation of the old and new kinetic energy transformation and the profound significance of doing the work well is analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the previous kinetic energy development of Shandong's transportation, the old kinetic energy that has declined and the kinetic energy that can continue to play its role is pointed out. The paper clarifies the new kinetic energy generated by the transportation development of Shandong under the new situation and the key problems that should be solved in the transformation of old and new kinetic energy so as to provide a theoretical reference for the implementation of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy.
