Evaluation of Service Level of Comprehensive Passenger Transport Terminal Based on Rough Set Multiple Attribute Decision Making

Abstract：The paper uses the comprehensive quantitative analysis to construct an index system to evaluate theservice level of comprehensive passenger transport hub and puts forward the quantitative method of the evaluationindexes.According to the structure characteristics of the evaluation index system , the paper suggests anevaluation model for service level based on rough set multiple attribute decision making theory .Empirical resultsverify the validity and operability of this evaluation method.It also provides the theoretical basis for the futureconstruction of comprehensive passenger transport hub .
