On Construction of Modern Comprehensive Transportation System in Eastern Coastal Provinces---Taking Shandong and Zhejiang Provinces as Examples

Abstract：Aiming at the goal of the“Thirteen Five-Year” transportation development planning in Shandong and Zhejiang provinces, this paper analyzes the development opportunities of transportation enterprises based on the current situations of transportation enterprises in these two provinces and present national development plans. Firstly, it presents the construction conception of modern comprehensive transportation system mainly characterized by the “multi-level, diversification and seamlessness”. Then, it discusses the basic contents and implementation methods of the construction of comprehensive transportation system. Finally, it proposes the main subject and nuclear content of the “Thirteen Five-Year” transportation development planning in Shandong and Zhejiang provinces.
