Abstract:The theoretical analysis , ADAMS simulation and test results show that there is always vibrating system load oscillation when the front or rear wheel vibrates separately , so the vibration system power consumption is greater than the theoretical value .By changing the phase difference between the front and rear vibration wheel , the vibration system load oscillation can be changed and the actual power consumption can be reduced when the front and rear vibration wheel vibrate together .The actual vibration power consumption reaches its minimum value when the phase difference is 180°due to the mutual cancellation of the front and rear wheel vibration load oscillation. As a result, the double-drum vibratory roller should work in this state as much as possible .
