Abstract：This paper analyzes the interaction between the development of port logistics and industrial structure based on the industrial structure evolution law.According to the development of Qingdao ports from 2002 to 2011,it establishes the model of the port logistics development index.Then,it analyzes the development of port logistics and industrial structure of Qingdao ports based on the grey relation analysis model.The analysis shows that the port logistics can promote the development of tertiary industries in port cities and the final implementation of the optimization and escalation of the industrial structure.
