Abstract：According to the analysis of the control theory of BLDC (brushless DC motor)and the design of a BLDC′s system based on MC9S12XS128 micro-controller,this article introduces the hardware and software design scheme of the BLDC′s controller to implement the functions of the BLDC′s forward or backward control, start-stop control,speed control,over-current protection,and so on.The experiment shows that the control system works well,which is characterized by the low cost,easy maintenance and good stability,and can be widely applied in small electric cars.
