Design and Application of Inspection Tool for Switchboard in Textile Equipment Based on PLC

Abstract：The design and application of inspection tool for switchboard in textile equipment based on PLC was presented in this paper.The inefficiency and defect omission issues in textile equipment switchboard inspection were effectively resolved by the designed tool.Experiment results demonstra-ted that our inspection tool reduced inspection time to one-tenth and time costs by 75.15％while both completion rate and accuracy rate were improved to 100％.Therefore the inspection tool provides more reliable technical support for the production of switchboard and the operation of terminal products.
